Bentos

I...LOVE...BENTOS! No doubt. I've heard so many stories about how people lose weight with it and how cute they are and I can't get enough of it, honestly! So of course I would share my love of these ah-mazing creations with you.
First of all, Bentos are lunch boxes that are sectioned off or proportioned with certain meal sets. The normal staple would be rice but you can add sandwiches or whatever you like. There are pre-made boxes but of course you can do it yourself--your own compartments or just pack it tightly with your desired food. My favorite site to buy bentos has to be Bento&co. They have beautiful things in all different shapes and sizes. It is a bit on the expensive side but definitely worth it. If you don't want to spend a bunch of money you can find an amazing one just as well on ebay.com or amazon.com or bento store near you.
I personally love Korean and Japanese food so those foods would be prominent in my bento but like I said, fill it with what you like! Enjoy!
